Project Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Account Supervisor, the Account Executive is responsible for project management and ongoing support for one of LTL’s largest accounts.
Note: Only candidates with previous experience in a branding, advertising or a creative agency will be considered. Only candidates within the Dallas area will be considered.
Role Responsibilities:

Manage execution of creative development and production elements for a focused account serving a major corporate electronics brand.

Ability to work on multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously while managing priorities of each.

Establish and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with clients.

Work with Account Supervisor to manage client and internal meetings.
-
Collaboratively partner with creative team to kick-off projects and convey client feedback.
-
Develop and own project calendars as action plan for internal teams to meet client deadlines.
-
Work with Account Supervisor to ensure project briefs are clearly defined.

Assist the creative team in gathering necessary assets including copy and photography.

Develop and help refine client presentations.
-
Respond promptly to all client and internal requests
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years in account or project management in an agency setting.
-
Demonstrated good client service practices.
-
Working knowledge of project management tools (preferably Wrike).
-
Strong design sensibility and enjoys working with creatives.
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
-
Highly organized and process-oriented with critical attention to detail.

Experience with print and digital production processes.

Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.

Paid Media Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Paid Media Manager is dedicated to the execution of LTL client campaigns, which includes strategy, creation, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns.
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns and initiatives.

Create and implement paid media strategies.
-
Create, manage, and optimize social media paid campaigns.
-
Analyze data to create reports and optimization strategies based on findings.
-
Assist in developing media plans and proposals for new business.
-
Communicate directly with clients.
Interests & Experience:
-
Experience working in an agency environment.
-
Managing multiple clients effectively.
-
Proven paid search experience (ie: bid monitoring, managing search query reports, A/B testing).
-
Ability to create and launch paid search campaigns using Google/Bing best practices.
-
Advanced knowledge of Excel (ie: basic functions, pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs).
-
Experience using Google tools and apps to manage projects.
-
Ability to pivot campaign strategy as search engines make updates.
